This is the site for the ‘LISTEN‘ email based forum targeted at audio artists, engineers, creators and enthusiasts in Australia.
Created in a similar vein to the DLF, this list has a bias towards audio created for visual media, such as Foley, ADR and Music for film. However the list is also open to all types of audio discussion.

Examples of email threads :

• Can give me some constructive criticism of my soundtrack?
• Is anyone else having issue x with the latest version of Pro-Tools?
• Do the <insert mics here> work well with the <insert A/D here>
• Someone asked me to record audio for their film, what do I do?

Once this list is up and running any common questions will be added to this website.
The admin’s will also have a yearly (optional) survey to gain an insight into the industry.
